Green smoothie 101.

So it's been a bit since I have been able to blog  so here it is!
A lot has changed within this last year!
I moved states to follow a dream and be with my best friend.
I have made some major life changes and habits.I wanted to be a healthier me, so I have been working out daily and eating homemade healthy delicious foods!
My favorite one is my  g r e e n   s m o o t h i e.
I have one EVERYDAY for my breakfast, I don't like to eat a ton in the morning so this to me is a perfect option!! I love them so much sometimes, I have one as a snack or when I'm still hungry. I take it to work everyday and I always get asked what "green stuff" I'm drinking so here's the recipe:

Ingredients:
1 cup baby spinach
1 cup kale
Frozen fruit any kind.
I use strawberries,blueberries,peaches,pineapple.
1 banana
1 cup of orange juice to mix
about 8 ice cubes
1 scoop of protein
1 tbs of flax seed
1 tbs chia seeds
 Drizzle some agave nectar






Mix all the ingredients together and enjoy!!
